Knife Purchases:
Orders. You must be at least 18 years old to order any knife Products. Some items on the Website may be illegal in your or other areas for possession by those under the age of 21. You shall be responsible to check all applicable federal, state, and local laws concerning the purchase, ownership, use, and possession of any Products sold to you on this website.
By placing an order, the customer verifies that they are over 18 years of age and are aware of all local, state and federal laws regarding the possession or carrying of the products they are ordering. Honu Engraving LLC shall be held blameless for any infraction of laws by the purchaser.
Release, Assumption of Risk, and Waiver of Liability and Indemnity Agreement: Honu Engraving LLC does not warrant that a person may legally sell, purchase, possess, or carry any and all items offered according to federal, state, or local laws. These items include, but are not limited to pocket knives, items having concealed blades, and double edged blades. We feel it is extremely important to comply with guidelines established by state laws. By purchasing any item from Honu Engraving LLC, the buyer warrants that he/she is in compliance with all federal, local, and state laws and is legally able to purchase these items.
Knives can be dangerous if improperly handled. Keep away from children. We strongly recommend that items purchased from Honu Engraving LLC of the InterNet not be sold to minors without parental permission.
Copyrighted Material:
We strictly prohibit the engraving of copyrighted material without proper authorization from the copyright owner. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the images or designs provided for engraving are their original creations or obtained with the necessary rights and permissions.
Offensive Material:
We uphold a standard of respect and professionalism, and therefore, we do not engrave any material that is deemed offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate. This includes, but is not limited to, content that is vulgar, hateful, discriminatory, sexually explicit, or promotes violence.
Returns:
All sales are final as these products are custom-engraved specifically for each customer. Please note that we do not accept returns on engraved items. It is essential that customers thoroughly review and verify the design and text prior to submitting their orders. We take great pride in our custom-engraved products and are committed to ensuring your satisfaction, which is why your approval is required before final engraving.
In the event that issues arise with your order, we will make every effort to resolve them. If a mistake is made on our part, we will either correct the error or issue a refund. To qualify for a refund or correction, we kindly request that you contact us within 3 days of receiving your item. Please email Steve at information@honuengraving.com to facilitate this process.
If your item arrives damaged, we ask that you take photographs, save all packaging materials and damage good before filing a claim. Contact us within 24 hours of receipt so that we can arrange for a replacement. To report any shipping damage, please reach out to information@honuengraving.com. Thank you for your understanding.
Provision:
Customers are responsible for providing the image or design they wish to have engraved. We recommend high-resolution images in a suitable file format (such as JPEG, PNG, or SVG) to ensure optimal engraving quality. If you need guidance on image specifications, please feel free to contact our team to ask for the image you want engraved after purchasing the service.
Unique Engravings:
Each item we engrave is one-of-a-kind, and we take pride in delivering custom creations. Please note that due to the individualized nature of our engravings, no item will have the same exact design or pattern.
Processing Time:
The laser engraving process requires careful attention to detail and precision. As such, please allow a processing time of approximately 1-5 days from the date the order is confirmed. We strive to complete each engraving within this timeframe but may occasionally require additional time for complex designs or during peak periods. If you have purchased other items, they will also be put on hold until engraving is done so that your items ship together. We appreciate your patience.
By engaging our laser engraving services, you acknowledge and agree to comply with the above policy. We reserve the right to refuse engraving requests that violate these guidelines or may compromise the integrity of our business. PRIVACY POLICY
What Information Do We Collect?
Personal Information:
We collect the personal information you submit to us, including your name, email address, street address, city, state/province, zip or postal code, country, company name, phone number, and the serial number of your product in order to communicate with you, send you the physical or digital items you requested, and possibly send you limited physical or digital informational communications.
Other Personal Identifiers:
Apart from the personal information described above, Honu Engraving LLC does not collect and does not wish to receive any personally identifying information. Without limitation, you shall not submit to Honu Engraving LLC any social security number, financial account number, credit or debit card number (other than the number of the card paying for the Services), driver’s license number or government ID number. Children under 13 years of age that use the Services are not permitted to provide or upload any personal information.
Web Tracking Information:
We, and our third-party service providers, may use web tracking technologies such as cookies, pixel tags, and clear GIFs in order to operate the Services efficiently and to collect data related to usage of the Services. Such collected data (“Web Tracking Information”) may include the address of the websites you visited before and after you visited the Services, the type of browser you are using, your Internet Protocol (IP) address, what pages in the Services you visit, how long you visited pages, and what links you clicked on. In order to collect Web Tracking Information and to make your use of the Services more efficient, we may store cookies on your computer. We may also use web tracking technologies that are placed in web pages within the Services to collect information about actions that users take when they interact with the Services and Honu Engraving LLC (as defined herein) may also do so. RETURN POLICY

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations made after an order has been placed is subject to a 15% restocking fee. Once the proof is approved, the order is moved immediately into production and cannot be cancelled. Blank orders may be cancelled any time prior to shipment.
