RETURN POLICY

Returns: All sales are final, as these are custom-engraved products specifically made for you. We do not accept returns on engraved items. It is essential for customers to review and verify the design and text before submitting their orders. If we make a mistake, we will either correct it or issue a refund. To qualify for a refund or correction, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your item. Please email Steve at information@honuengraving.com to arrange for a refund.

We take pride in our custom-engraved items and ensure that you are satisfied with the product and approve it before it is shipped. Your satisfaction is our priority, and if any issues arise, we will do our utmost to resolve them.

If your item is damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it so that we can arrange for a replacement. To report shipping damage, please reach out to information@honuengraving.com.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations made after an order has been placed is subject to a 25% restocking fee.  Once the proof is approved, the order is moved immediately into production and cannot be cancelled.  Blank orders may be cancelled any time prior to shipment.
